Last night our AC stopped working and I worried that it would take days to get someone to come fix it in this heatwave. I called Tyler at Tight Lines first thing this morning and he said he would be out today! He showed up, got it figured out and fixed quickly and for a fair price. He was kind, professional and the owner- I prefer to support small local businesses and I was so impressed. Very happy and highly recommend!!! Thank you!

Tyler was punctual, professional, and an expert in the HVAC field. He was able to diagnose my issue and replaced the part within the hour. He comes across as an honest hard working owner with fair with prices. I'll be calling him in the spring/early summer to double check my system's AC output.

Tyler is a pure professional. Came out to my house within an hour of calling him and diagnosed my problem in about 15 mins and had my furnace up and running again. He explained everything I need to look out for in the future since my furnace is getting up there in age but didn't try and up sell anything.
