"We put off getting a new AC unit and new furnace for a year but finally decided to go ahead and upgrade. We did our homework and figured out what we needed to upgrade to. We got numerous bids but Tyler at Tight Lines HVAC was the only company that actually walked around our entire home, counted and measured all the vents and returns. Determined the air flow of the house and the ventilation. When we brought up the size of the new units that other companies suggested, Tyler informed us that bigger isn’t always better. He did not try to up-sell us and said based on the home size and the air flow design of our house, that going to a bigger more expensive unit would be counterproductive and could cause issues in the future. Tyler was easy to talk to, responded to questions prior to the install in a timely manner, and came across as very knowledgeable about HVAC. The install was completed ahead of schedule and he clearly explained the new smart thermostat. I would recommend Tight Lines HVAC to anyone needed a new AC and furnace install. No only was Tyler easier to work with, we could not argue with his prices being a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the other companies for a more efficient set up."
